SALES AGENT

Certified agents are real estate professionals that have completed the Vita Training. Once you have completed the training you can begin introducing the Vita Spaces products to your past and present clients. You are responsible for generating leads, qualifying them by completing a site visit to see what is possible, and then passing them off to a Company Agent to complete the transaction and put in the que for fulfillment.

You can generate qualified leads by marketing to your homeowner database, hand out flyers at your open houses, introduce to your listings, market online, or even send out mailers. You will receive up to 8% of the sale price (Excluding site prep) for every sale that you recieve.

Site prep is not a commissionable item and any bonus or promos that may available would be on top of the percentages outlined above.
