Vita Spaces offers the following backyard entertainment and ADU products as well as full home and garage spaces that are fire resistant, have a high insulation rating, are economical and can be installed in a fraction of the time, as compared to standard construction methods. Our products include,:

  • FlexSpace at 240 sqft (fully furnished with all essential furnishings to move and transform into various activities from yoga to karaoke night, workout space, gaming 85-inch TV included and much more)

  • Vita Homes at 480 sqft, 960 sqft, 1210 sqft, and 1,450 sqft

Vita Spaces offers its FlexSpace as a KIT or DIY but also offers professional installation for all units. Once permits are approved and the foundation is set, our units can be installed in as little as 2 weeks. From start to finish (including design, permits, and prep), most projects can be completed within 3–6 months.

Yes! Our pricing includes delivery, installation, and all required utility connections. We'll also perform a site evaluation to provide a detailed, all-inclusive quote upfront—no surprises.
