By design, structural strength is built into our oversized foundation and simple steel frame construction. The Company's "WalkerCube connector technology", provides for error proof connections and fast installation.

Specialized and unique building methods, coupled with technology, provides install teams with our build-onsite KIT. For quick delivery and installation, all designed with happiness in mind.

Our team is comprised of seasoned entrepreneurs passionate about innovation and design. Together we are Engineers, MBAs, Real Estate Brokers & Agents, Construction Professionals, and Finance & Legal Professionals.

• Founders have designed affordable home projects ranging from large 1,000+ unit facilities for homeless, disabled and retired Veterans, to multi-unit affordable apartments and modular housing solutions.
• With an average of 25 years each, of executive experience leading companies, launching ventures, business development, successful acquisitions and IPOs.
• Collectively founded and launched over 20 ventures with annual revenues ranging from $3M to $100 million dollars.
